CrossFit Lite is for absolutely anyone. These classes are a stripped back version of our main CrossFit classes, using less technical movements, and lighter weights. So if you are new to the CrossFit world and wanting to get going in a less intense way, then CrossFit Lite is just for you. These classes (like all of our classes) are great fun, coach led, functional, constantly varied and appropriate for anyone of any ability.
We have two CrossFit Lite membership options. Either a monthly membership, where you can come along to our CrossFit Lite sessions though out the month, or the 6 class package which gives you 6 classes to use up within the space of 3 months. You are also always welcome to come for a drop in session for any of our sessions for just £8.
